Primary fruit with a touch of spice

A dark-coloured, red wine displaying herbal characters and highly approachable red fruit flavours. Our aim at Römerhof is to produce a style of red wine which can be thoroughly enjoyed on release. We concentrate on achieving well-balanced tannins which support the lively, primary fruit characters of Dornfelder. This variety has an exciting future at the Mosel.
