Our best individual parcels of Riesling vineyards are fermented separately and only our most interesting, dry ferments are selected for the careful blending process to produce this complex and harmonious Mosel Riesling. Necto 1 represents the future of dry Riesling at the Mosel.
NECTO II
Concentrating on a style of Mosel Riesling which has a strong following, this feinherb is a crowd pleaser. Necto 2 is everything Mosel and more!
NECTO III
Necto 3 is only produced when fruit composition lends itself to this elegent play between sugar and acidity. Meticulous selection during harvest ensures the exact palate structure and flavour profiles we are looking for to make this style of Riesling. These wines are truly unique to the Mosel.
